I thought the staff was exceptional. The only problem I had was having to go to the desk three times and there was not anyone at the counter. I think a bell, or some type of device to alert staff someone is at the counter needed. Did have a little difficulty with the television as far as how to get to your own account such as on Amazon prime. Loved the design of the rooms.. Could have used more towels.

The staff was amazing from check in to departure. Breakfast was waffles fruit, cereal (cold&hot) and bagels. Hanes Mall was close by for shopping & restaurants and Target across the street for essentials. The mattress was very comfortable. Close to the highway so it was easy access to and from events.

the property looks nice, outside and inside. The hot breakfast was great plenty of options and taste good. The pool was clean and semi warm but loaded with so much chlorine, did not like that. The hotel room was spacious and clean. Loved every bit of my stay!
